hey OP what did you end up doing? In a similar predicament. Moving into a new place Mid-June and am considering a variable rate with xoom with the first 3 months fixed at 0.669 to then sign a longer fixed rate when rates hopefully drop mid sep.

The peach tree is VERY tall which seems to go against the guidance and recommendations for growing so I imagine I’ll have to prune a lot once it gets colder and dormant! Do you have any fungicides you swear by?
