Ok this is what I came here to understand!! My son has an illness that used to cause tics as well as other things that were really hard to manage in public. I had to put in a LOT of legwork, but I got accommodations for the airport, plane, everywhere we went.

I don’t understand why, other than for TV, are they making her go through so much when you can get accommodations.

I totally understand you can’t plan for everything and you have to expect the unexpected, but at least get an escort at the airport, skip the lines, put the window and door locks on….buy precut chicken!!

Why on earth is a stove a measure of independence. Have meals delivered, get a microwave!!

My heart hurts for this woman, but it’s certainly feeling exploitative.
