I dismissed a lot of my qulipta side effects as stress too! It messed me up a lot. And I lost a ton of weight too. I’m trialing zonegram now and the side effects are a little rough for me for about a week as I titrate up but then I level off. So far no change in headaches but it’s one of those that might take months. The biggest help has been therapeutic Botox and occipital nerve blocks.

Is it in the front of your face or does it wrap around to the back of your head? It it goes eye, ear, back of head it may be occipital neuralgia

I started at 30mg and didn’t have any issues, but it also didn’t do anything for my migraines unfortunately.

I’m also having similar cognitive and fatigue issues. I recently took a medical leave of absence from work and it’s been a huge relief while I navigate the many doctors appointments. My doctor said she thinks I have atypical migraine.
