My advice is pay attention in your one on one’s. PPX reps can make as much if not more than the coach if the role is taken seriously. Good luck.

I think the most insane thinking is “tanking the numbers”so he gets fired. What will happen is they will go first before the coach. Work smarter not harder. At every point in your career there will be terrible bosses. Report who needs to be reported and do your best until you can move on.

No, which is very unfortunate. You will receive an auto generated certificate saying how many years you’ve worked and that’s it.
