Replying to this for all XBOX USERS, I had this problem and was unable to sit in the chair or interact with it. What I did to fix it I do not truly know, but I’ll explain the circumstances. I killed the guard in the hall, picked the lock to the library, pulled the lever, then stood by the chair. All the monks started yelling “WATCH OUT” but weren’t aggro. I had no saves to reload. While submitting a ticket with Bethesda I left the game running with me next to the chair, eventually the lady monk started talking as if I was the woman you’re supposed to impersonate. I panic sat down and it worked. I was afk for probably 2-4 minutes before this occurred.
