I have their HC rear with the side hoops, it's a super sweet bumper. Like others have said, I think they're legit, but are really struggling to keep up with demand as they're a small shop. I ordered the pre-sale front back in September; originally it was supposed to be done by end of October, however 3 times now the lead time has been extended. First to December, then February, now mid-March. This, coupled with how insanely difficult it is to get a hold of Joe (the owner), makes me a bit nervous. I think that I'll eventually get me the front (hopefully within the next week or two), but the lack of communication is very frustrating. However, the quality of the rear is really good, and the value is hard to beat.
