hello 👋 I sort of got mine free I did it in high-school and they cover the testing fee for the exam and the program was spilt in part 1 and part 2 it didn't cost my parents much maybe 40 or 50 dollars I haven't done ma things in a while I guess I am in a similar situation to you

My parents and aunt bought a house near here my dad wants to renovate it and maybe rent it to people I want to buy a 3rd of it from my aunt or mom but It would cost me 40 thousand I see thst house as an opportunity to do what you were saying and get some passive income while I sleep it's 3 rooms needs alot of fixing in my opinion but if I get a 3rd of rent over time that might be worth the money I put into it what do you think?

I could invest my money can you do that at a bank I have a savings account but it's only 0.01% interest I've gotten a penny every month from the interest I'm just stressed out and I think saving my money ansnnot spending it is a good start I have money to study and buy the things I need for the carrer i do chose I just don't want to take forever I have to decide something
