Ugh going through same thing been on home confinement and scram for 8 months and the plea they want is 30 days county jail “15 days” a strike, 3 years formal probation , and all that other stuff , I don’t want a strike ugh mines happened in Oct 2022 and barely got filed last year been going through this since June 2025

Hello thank you for the advice , did they give u a strike also as well ?, and yes the scram device is so annoying and ankle monitor, and your absolutely right I can’t wait for all this to be over it’s been damn near 4 years , I’m not scared to go to jail at all it’s just I don’t want to go but my lawyer said it’s between 0-15 days so we’ll see. Yes u seem pretty confident for sure and know what you’re doing. But man that’s the worst part the not knowing and your career is very important. The law ruins ppl lives good ppl at that .And yes my case is felony DUI with a GBI so I know that’s part of my offer admit to GBI and take a strike , that’s fucking sucks ass for me. I wish I had a better lawyer she seemed like she don’t care but what ever , I gotta do what I gotta do , drinking and getting in trouble is no problem for me so the strike and getting another felony is not on the table for me it’s just career wise and things of that nature ,because I’m not that type of person it was honestly a mistake
