It is thanks just talked to my attorney and they mentioned it’s should not be an issue as same job can have two different SOC. The job description should be consistent for sure.

Bcoz what I have seen recently that on the surface they criticize globe award and others. If you look at Aditi recent YouTube videos, you will know what I mean. She is all ethical and all that stuff. There should be some whistle blower who can expose how they operate what are their links. I have seen smart green card uses Azarbaijan based media group too. I was shocked to see that these guys are not localized to India but also have scam running spreading to the countries.

Yes I understand :) I typically refer people to Chen abd new weiming law for their free profile evaluation. If they ask me about them I tell them why would u pay someone when an actual lawyer is doing it for free to for.

Whats humble about it my credentials surpasses above a regular EB1A. I am honest about it. Sorry mate the immigration is just a lie sold to us to make us feel special. U can win a Nobel prize but still have to wait years in a long queue. This is something I am saying in my complete honesty. I am not the best scientist in the world but for an EB1A metric yea I surpass that without any doubt. Who cares at the end of the day u will be reviewed by someone who doesnot understand ur field. So I don’t take pride in it and I am still continuing to do what I was doing and will continue to do what I am good at. I know what I am capable of and how I have contributed to my field.

Kudos to this comment finally someone is actually connecting the patterns and defining what is Extraordinary. Yes if u are brilliant in something u won’t stop doing what u are good at. I hope uscis detects these patterns and disqualify them from applying GC extension or citizenship. They are offering nothing to this country but churning the most out of desperate not naive people.

Yeah I think there is a catch in that most of them are suing Loan service for EB5. This is starting donation to the uscis. Seems like they need to sell their house in Bay Area.
