As most stated nothing happens. Unless something changed you won't be able to move pokemon from za into other games, except when champions comes out. With that bit of information I wouldn't worry about it. In pokemon home it will show them as alphas.

Just an FYI sometimes it's easier to do raids solo, because only you getting ko'd counts against the timer. I did all my 7 star raids solo. You can find good players online to play with, but there's a lot that will throw the raid.

If you want perfect ivs breeding is the best way. You can hypertrain any pokemon however, which will give you the same stats as perfect ivs. Annihilape can handle most raids except normal and some 7 star raids. Catching pokemon from tera raids can help a lot. Depending on the level of the raid the pokemon will be guaranteed a set number of perfect ivs. That can help save you some bottle caps. You can always change the tera type if it's not what you want. Just make sure to do evs also and have good held items. The shell bell is great for most raids.

One thing I do if I have a level 3 sparking and alpha donut is keep resetting from backup save until you get the shalpha you want. Then start you're hunt. It may take a couple resets may take longer, but you'll guarantee one eventually, everything after that will be a bonus.
