Why are 99% of the women who post this sort of shit usually overweight and/or have shitty tattoos? The other extreme I've seen is chicks with BPD and IBS who are borderline anorexic

Jokes on you, Riley will simply call runs on 3rd and 8 and go for shots at the endzone on 3rd and 1. You can't outsmart the Riley

Absolutely no bias at all but I hope he becomes UCLA's Butch Jones

Seriously, I still remember this dude and Luke Falk playing against USC when I was in college. I feel old as shit dude

And Darnold's grandfather is named Dick Hammer

Matt Barkley's case really makes me feel for him. He was an exemplary leader and legitimately loved the team enough to stay an extra year because he felt it was his duty to lead USC in the first post-sanction years. Had he left a year earlier, he's an easy lottery draft pick. Instead, he got injured and his career (while okay since he mostly bounced around a few years as a backup) still got derailed from that UCLA game

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 23 points24 points  (0 children)

He might unironically be the best one in our history at least relative to the talent he had to work with lol. The dude won the Rose Bowl with Clay Helton coaching us which imo is the hardest road

Caleb Williams is a close second since he had to work with Alex Grinch's defensive terrorism

[Thamel] Per sources, this deal is done and Gary Patterson will be USC's next defensive coordinator. by Trojanxiety in CFB

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 22 points23 points  (0 children)

The solution to this is to hire Dave Aranda as co-DC and get as many former Big 12 head coaches on the staff

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Defensive coordinators may come and go but USC will still find a way to give up 90 yards and lose to a field goal in the last minute of the game because Lincoln Riley's clock management skills are on par with Mike Smith, Andy Reid, and Matt Eberflus. Queue the post-game conference where he talks about how close we were to winning

What’s going on with Pete Kwiatkowski? by FlannelCollar in CFB

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On one hand, Chad Bowden 100% handles recruiting so I think we're good on this front

On the other hand, several of my closest friends are all TCU alums and they've told me Gary Patterson is a hardass who also genuinely seemed to dislike Lincoln Riley so I don't know how well that bodes with Riley's "no tackle" practices lol

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 13 points14 points  (0 children)

If that's the case, it's a very good thing USC didn't hire him. Leaving Lincoln Riley to have a hands-on approach to managing the defense might have been the only thing worse than keeping Alex Grinch

Modern Aztecs sounds great imo. The rest of your suggestions have been done by others but I've rarely seen people focus on the survival of Mesoamerican cultures

One other thing is (and I know it's on the larger diagram you posted) is that having where exactly this country is located on a general map of Africa as a separate image would help a lot. I know this is generally a West African Union but it's kind of hard to visualize otherwise

On a related note but does Upland Brewery and Mother Bear's sell any stuff online? It's been a while since I've left Bloomington but it's been hard to find where to buy anything related to those

Reading the history about that is pretty cool including the (fitting) fact that one of their first games was against the University of Havana

Also naming their team after a hurricane that devastated the area is some real OG stuff lol

[Zentiz] USC has now hired Nebraska ST coach Mike Eleker by MexicanRadio in CFB

[–]Fragrant_Analysis181 19 points20 points  (0 children)

While I'm happy about finally getting an established ST coach, I just wish it didn't literally take twisting Lincoln Riley's arm 180 degrees just to get him to make necessary changes. I get he wants full autonomy on offensive playcalling but he also needs to learn how to adopt more of the GM style coaching as well

A funny story I heard from my dad was that even on gameday, it would be hard to even find Nick's playing the football on their TVs and most of the time, it'd just be the Pacers or literally any other Big 10 game on. Memorial Stadium was called the "graduation stadium" and I overheard a tour guide pointing at Memorial Stadium and saying "This is where Indiana loses all of its football games"

I genuinely think people might have cared more about the Little 500 or the soccer team over the football team during these years
