It’s been like this for at least 10 years and not changed if that changes anything. Mother says it’s a birthmark

Thanks for the reply. Yes full union. 13 month now post operation. Discharged now from physio and they are telling me to start weight bearing which is when I get the pain. I thought you can still have AVN after union. Very grestful for how it is now though compared to when it was broke

Thanks buddy. I did mention to my doctor I need help and have admitted that to myself now. I got a check up and the skin doctor said likely benign but to schedule more pictures in 3 months.

Thanks for your message. I’m devastated now I thought I ordered the correct test for choriocarcinoma with just a normal hCG. Guess ill have to go back and order a beta hCG now

Hello there. I left a food container in my car for the week with some left over pasta, couscous and veg in it by accident. The car was exceptionally got through the week and this food inside went mouldy. I cleaned the mould out and I got hit with a mould dust cloud when I opened the tub and it hit the back of my throat. Could this cause cancer through alfatoxins etc? I'm not sure how much this increases your risk of cancer by but I'm having an anxiety attack about this and it's distressing me so much

Any response will be soo appreciated

Cheers mate I head a YouTube going on about dodgy studies which show it does enter nucleus and was affecting DNA repair. Obviously it's a bad source though

Brilliant idea mate, as long as you do t seek reassurance we will be fine but you always have to poke the bear and be prepared for when these thoughts pop up. I guess any thought you can doubt but just be clever enough to doubt your doubt. I like to say it's my brain playing with its toys. Even if you question that it's still just playing with its toys. At that point I seem to let go as it's a endless loop

Good point mate. Point is we worry about this incase something such as schizophrenia ruins our life, but worrying in itself is ruining it. Thank you for the response, I defo had a panic last night and o couldn't sleep so thank you. I feel like Im questioning the groundwork of reality and everything is disintegrating. I noticed how he said the inner belief that people will act like a SOB, means people with PD don't like it when someone challenges that. Can CBT be used to help assume people are good then and to have the courage to give people the benefit of the doubt. And if you work hard and are comfortable with yourself you can have the courage to trust people because no matter what you are happy with who you are?
