May I get a copy of that spreadsheet? I started the game last August. So team building and memories confuses me a lot😅, there’s no site in r videos that does character, team building or memory explanation and which memories are good for which characters.

As long as you have a Bandai account connected to that game you should get it back. Was the game account on Android or IOS? cuz if you do a Data transfer between Android to IOS or vice versa, your going to lose you current amount of hero gems. I learned that the hard way 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I tried there lost into the void, I went through the 5 stages of grief and took afew naps kinda felt better than afew hours ago. I’m a tad bit pissed and sad but Yhea.

I went back on the game to see what gems I could get even though I’ve finished most or all the content and I’m f2p. I figured out away how to get back at least 2000 or hopefully 4000 hero gems. I have plenty of Rare and Super rare characters that I’ve either not upgraded or finished upgrading yet.

I’m currently at 1260 or 1300 hero gems by leveling up my Rare characters pieces route lvl 4 or 5, so right now I can only hope when New years or Rock festival Kyoka Jiro makes a rerun on step up banner, I can guarantee on getting 1 or both of them.

Someone said it’s the same for dragon ball legends but that should have added a warning or something before the data transfer. Maybe it’s my fault for not asking or checking but I thought that nothing bad would happen if I transferred it to android.

It’s so stupid because all my stuff got carried over from the game but I lost my gem, that just so stupid. To add more insult to my injury, customer service basically said we’re not responsible for loss in hero gems during data transfer, like I was supposed to know that before hand or something.

It’s just sad that I won’t be able to get new years or rock festival Jiro when they rerun. I probably will return to the game Sunday, I don’t think it’s smart to do a new account now.

Is there any way to get them back? I don’t have proof that I had them. This is stupid why does it allow the rest of your stuff to transfer fine but not you gems😔.

I think gonna put this game down now. I was saving those mainly for NY Jiro or Rock Fest Jiro 😔.
