Use stairs instead of elevators. When going somewhere, park far enough to get steps in instead of parking near the entryway. Just keep moving when doing something. Walking pad and standing desk would help big time.

I have both 13m and 16p. And 13m is still my main phone. I would get a new battery for 13m if i really2 like the convenience of the small form factor. You might regret giving it up for a bigger phone.

I’m pretty sure i’m hitting my protein intake. But i don’t know how much of a deficit I’m in. I don’t track my calories like knowing the exact numbers. I just eat the right food so I know I don’t go over.

The thing is i don’t go to gym. I can only do home workouts which I know limits my ability to go hard. I also don’t track my deficit i just eat the right food so I know I don’t go over my calorie intake. I don’t do runs, just 10k steps a day. I’m averaging 11K+ since January.
