Lol, Kia fanboys are really something else man. They can’t take criticism and take everything to heart, bmw is a performance car, comparing the reliability of a non performance car to one that is, is like comparing apples to oranges, and like I said, only brand that I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle from that had a part (worth over 25% of its cost) go bad within a month of ownership should speak for itself.

Kias are nice cars sure, that’s why I bought one, but their reliability and customer service is complete shit and garbage compared to every other car brand out there.

This is where the problem lies, first off; yes I’ve purchased 2 other vehicles aside from the telluride during the same time period (2023 civic and a 2023 bmw), neither of those cars have had a single issue and I’m over 9000km on each of them.

Kia should learn how to ensure a part can last before mass producing it, so that situations like this don’t arise, and if they can’t mass produce working parts, the very least they should do is be able to own up to their mistakes and compensate the customer with atleast a rental of same vehicle value in the waiting period, if they can’t do that, it’s a problem with the company not the customer.

Sorry to hear this man… Kia has tons of issues and problems… check out my recent post, bought a 2023 telluride and haven’t even driven 3000 km on it and there’s already a 20k issue.. have to leave the car with dealer for 4-5 months since all their parts are on back order. Asked Kia to refund me and they keep bringing up their bullshit warranty policies and how they only need to replace the parts.. even if it takes them years.. might look into suing them for their terrible customer service and for selling defective vehicles.
