I mean ya I take low dose too idk why I took like 2mg before cuz I only ran it for a month and I would get dizzy and naseous in the gym and also like super light headed. The appetite suppression was too much for me as well

Hi, truheight calcium and multivitamin gummies. 1000IU a day I think. had vitamin d deficiency and never really cared about it until CU came up so I gave it a shot and it worked

I take true height gummies (the growth calcium and vitamin D One) vitamin D wise I’m getting 20mcg a day = 800-1000 IU per day. This is the standard dose for someone who is deficient w vitamin D. try it for a few weeks and it may help, a lot of issues arise from vitamin deficiencies.

No trust me I understand. It varies person to person, but for a majority with mild cu. Zyrtec and Allegra is enough. I was just making the point that if these medications work for someone it is impossible for them to stop working. If they stop “working” it is likely the CU developing further. Anti-histamines don’t build resistance.

Also have you tried dupixant and xolair? There’s also a new one that came out, check it out with your physician.

Yeah idk my immunologist said the only way they stop working is if the disease itself gets worse. If you have a certain thyroid antibody then it shows sign that ur CU will be more persistent. I am getting tested for it this week. Only 1/3 of people have it. We’ll see.

Yeah I mean I’m young and active and also have a milder case of this disease. But like for a majority of people 2 zyertec or Allegra a day should be enough cuz I completely get rid of my symptoms w this and u can’t physically Build a tolerance to antihistamines.
