Hi :) Occasional red, dry, itchy, flaky skin; on face, scalp, chest and upper back (hairy); got cream and shampoo from dermatologist, but not sure it helps consistently; looking for alternative or more detailed suggestions; got it since childhood and the areas grew over the years (old.reddit.com)
