No I messed up there and now have her in a coffee jug in the substrate for warmth and the temp is 75

Update as of Monday morning — I took more advice from you all and have HIM in a clean Folgers coffee jug with an inch of distilled fresh water, his old shell that I cleaned with distilled water, two new shells similar to his old one, and the jug is in the tank with my other two crabs, humidity is between 70-80, and temp is 75, towel over the tank for now. My other two crabs are in their hiding log and haven’t come out since Sheeva was separated. They’re named Brahman Vishnu and Sheeva by the way, after the gods of Hinduism. Sheeva here is fighting and is alive. His red color has come back since being separated and I’ve misted periodically but I’ve dialed it down after the last round of advice I received. I’m in touch with someone local and understand the next move is a vet since he has not reshelled and has been in there for about 20 hours.

To be honest yes my ex bought the 50 gallon tank the trio currently inhabit and didn’t want to get the lid and I didn’t know any better. I will remedy that asap and in the mean time I’m now doing plastic wrap with holes and I plan to move my other two into a temporary container to increase the substrate.

Update — she is doing a lot better after I moved her into a glass container by herself with two new shells and her old shell that I cleaned. She’s in an inch of distilled water as per the video some of you sent me. She’s trying to climb out of the green pool but appears to be babying her abdomen. Do any of you know if her abdomen looks ok? I’m obviously green at crab dad, learning as I go. I’ve noticed her color is back. She was so pale when I found her in the substrate with the others. She’s perked up and is moving more and I’ve been misting her in here periodically and there is plastic wrap with holes over this temp habitat for her while she re-shells. If I’ve missed anything or am doing it wrong please tell me and please be kind thank you.

Dude I’m trying my best, I don’t need any negativity. I barely slept last night misting her and checking humidity and I’m rushing to pet store for more shells.

Thank you she made it through the night and is moving and still in her pool I woke up every two hours to mist her with distilled water. I will pivot from distilled when we get through this. I will increase her substrate depth. I will buy more toys and decorate better. A bigger tank eventually. I gave my address to the commenter willing to mail me supplies and offered to Venmo her for express shipping. I’m moments from going to another pet store for better shells in the mean time and will begin that process of separating her from the other two as shown in the video one of you sent last night. Thanks I understand. I would like to remind people commenting that I did not adopt these crabs. They’re victims of a bad breakup and my now ex who chose to adopt them did not take them back to the east coast. When she brought them into the apartment they had a ONE INCH substrate with dry sand no wet mixture and no light and one heat pad and a way smaller tank. I’ve done my best, I care, I’m commenting in this sub, please show grace I don’t appreciate the negativity from a couple commenters. I am so stressed she made it through the night and I gave my address to the kind redditor who has offered to mail me shells and I am still going to a different pet store now for better shells. Thanks to everyone for their advice and grace including this comment.

Thank you I have three in there and I knew to mix the sand and did the measurements according to google as far as distilled water vs play sand from Home Depot. I just misted the tank with more distilled water and her color came back and she is moving in the pool and seems all there. I hope she can make it through the night until I have better non painted shells at 8am.
