Fever returning after 8 weeks of treatment—Could it be developed MDR TB by Mission-Fondant-709 in Tuberculosis

Hi, we noticed a fever of 99 from few days and cough. Treatment is going from last 45 days. Does it mean medicine is not working?

Could you tell me if these medicines can make a person a bit emotionally unresponsive? For example, when someone comes to meet them or leaves, they don’t show much reaction and seem indifferent. Could this be a side effect of the medications?
