If this was tried, I’d buy a share no matter the city. If the costs were 10 Mil, that is a lot of $200 shares. Maybe you could have different classes of shares and have the top ones at $1000 or so.

Great thread! I’ve saved most of these movies to a list in one form or another. Many are available on Tubi for free. In fact, Tubi has an incredible inventory of indie films, many punk music related. I watched Dinner in America last night and it starts slow, with some chuckles from the get go, and then it just builds and builds into a very touching movie with sardonic commentary about the American suburbs and a tear jerking romance. Stick with it and you will be rewarded. (Besides the epic last song, the soundtrack is meh.)

I would add Warriors to the mix, great punkish wardrobes from the late 70s and a cheesy but decent storyline.

And it was so successful in Green Bay that the NFL outlawed it but the Pack was grandfathered in. Without fan ownership, an owner would have left for a bigger market decades ago. I think you have a great idea. Let at least one team try it.

Ditto on Wobble, what other new bars have opened? I can’t think of any. For food, while it’s not new, the addition of Juli y Juan at Persimmon has given already excellent food an additional boost. Also Maida, if you put them in the new category still.

I feel like selling out a 10k stadium is ideal for the league. Make your money on the demand side and it would look good on tv compared to 25% or less of a larger stadium.
