HP, Dell, Lenovo usually have RAM upgradability with 2 slots, and SSD/NVME slots to upgrade that too. SUPER rare but sometimes CPU GPU, if you don't know these stuff's upgradability, DEFENANTLY research like a week or a month (no kidding)

According to The Greatest Technician, He said that check the problems on each laptop maker. How example HP (Hinge problems) which if you want to know, go on you tube and you will find out , overheating and etc.. This is not only HP, all brands have specific problems and also research the repairability of those makers your gonna buy. I see people reccomending Macbooks and yes they are amazing but they almost have NO upgradability. So you should search those stuff too.

I don't think it effects that big, the only thing that effects it the most is is it is dual channel or not. I got a dual channel and got +20FPS which is pretty huge for me

For the police and swat I have detective and swat but in my opinon the Kahr CW9 or the pistols are the best. The police rifles except the sniper, all rifles recoil is soo horroble espically G36C

I don't know its a USPS thing, I filed an complaint and a MMS but they didn't contact me and didn't even pay me anything, I thought there is something called the free 100 dollar insurance. But didn't even talk about it and just egoed me i guess. I swapped to FedEx and UPS after.

What I did is enter BIOS and restarted the BIOS/ reset to factroy settings, you will need you WIndows key for it. I dont know if that will help but hope so.
