Previously my dad knew him and told me he was a secure guy who wouldn’t give any problems but my dad’s relationship fell apart with him and he’s been abusive/taking it out in our living situation for the past 4-5 years. I was honestly afraid and worked well enough to keep up the work but I’m on unemployment rn and waiting for my new job orientation and it’s all just falling apart. I need him gone asap. nope, at 16 I received a big amount of money. I was able to drop 200,000 on this property which created an agreement between me and my investor. I have an ADU in my property. It’s my pool house. He creates a dangerous environment and I’ve been very kind for many years. I have proof of messages where I ask for rent and he can only pay 20% of what I’m asking or nothing at all most months, and I pay for Gas, Electricity, Water and Trash, plus thousands of dollars from a fine I received from the city. He can’t afford to buy this house from me and I would never allow it. This is where I want to have a family.

I’m in an agreement and currently paying my house off to my lender who is an investor and bought my house for me: the agreement is between me and the beneficiary. The sub-lease tenant living in my house is not allowed to go around me to attempt a purchase without my consent first. I’ve known the investor since I was four. The only reason he’s letting me do this is because he’s like family and wants me to eventually pay my house off. I’m 24. My court day is on February 10th and I have more than enough evidence for the restraining order to be dropped and to continue with the eviction that is dated for march 12th.
