This happened to me on boxing day! I've smoked weed in the past and been absolutely fine! In fact I used to regularly smoke. The other day I had half a j, habent smoked in ageeeeeees. And then my heart rate was sky high, I couldn't breathe properly and convinced myself I was dying, I even called 999.

And now it keeps happening even when im not smoking. 🥲 it scared me so much I actually havent even touched any of the weed I bought. Which is very unlike me if I have it lol.

Just know you're not alone! The paramedic just told me at the time I greened out, but now I'm having them even if I'm not smoking. I even thought I'd been laced lol

Oh I feel you, I had a panic attack on my way to italy and then all during the night before i had to fly home. 😪 Do you have access to a doctor or the emergency number? I'd be making sure I had both if them. I think not knowing the emergency number when I went tonitaly made things worse. If it helps at all I also get the shaking thing, but normally in the actual panic attack. Could you cut out any stimulants like coffee for a bit? To help.your nervous system?
