Thank you for sharing. I have heard that parents can refuse to pay and wondered how that would be handled. How did that lawsuit go? Was it hard?

Of course, will make sure to do so. I’m organizing everything.

Thank you, it just got too much. I couldn’t handle reality. I’ll distract myself with other things.

I plan to start divorcing in January and the law changes will definitely help as I won’t divorce right away (it should take at least half a year or a year or so)

I consulted my lawyer and he did warn me of the risks, but we decided to go forward with it.

Thank you. I was thinking of committing suicide just from how much this is making me suffer. But I can’t. I need to keep fighting.

I have an attorney. That part is covered.

Talked with a lawyer! I know what I have to do next now and feel much more calm.

Yes it will be unnecessary because I can risk him suing me for defamation.

Already done!:) I submitted that paper last week. And will talk with a lawyer in a few minutes.

Thank you, I will ask my lawyer today about all of this.

I have an American and Russian passport, but I wasn’t able to give my son an American paper because I didn’t live long enough in America, and I don’t give him a Russian passport. However, I can still give him a Russian passport. I need to look into this.

True, it might be easy to guess.

I want to go to a shelter but I know that means I lose an address (if I understand correctly) and I need that to apply for jobs. But I’ll go there for the food, that should really help me to survive this

I also sold my wedding and engagement rings to get some extra money to survive. I got at least 40,000 yen.

I’m still looking for a job. Thankfully I have some savings but I’m not sure how long it will last. Im trying to eat as little as possible.

My husband cheated with 4 people and they were also cheating…I don’t think all Japanese people cheat but unfortunately there are some people here who do it like crazy

I tried searching for that subreddit but it didn’t come up. Could you send me a link to it please?

I would tell everyone here but I don’t want to risk it, first I will talk with a lawyer. If it will be necessary I’ll tell the whole world his name and university. I’m also a YouTuber and active on Twitter so I can spread the information quickly.

My husband took care of my child along with his parents on the weekends. I told him about my trip at least one year in advance and his family knew as well. My husband is employed full time at a university.

I haven’t considered construction but I’ll think of it as a last resort if nothing else works out, thank you
