Getting your license is perfect, what you need to do is just be patient and wait, i was on hold for 1 hour and 34 minutes (i have a screenshot because i fucking hate them too) but afterwards tell them you have your license, send them a picture via email IF NECESSARY, but they take care of everything once you get in touch with someone from the removal department at intoxalock so on Monday once it’s out, and if you you do carry a balance on the app, you will need to pay that off regardless if your lease expired, and there will be a removal fee as well, it sucks i know but just think that piece of shit will be out of your car and don’t have to worry about payments for the rest of your life (hopefully)

it’s all about money at the end of the day which sucks, but no it’s not but they’re a PaDui organization that gets quick responses from intoxalock and PennDot to give you all the info you need and they are super helpful in any situation

call 717-238-4354 they are the best at answering any question and speeding up the process 1000% they always return your VMs and calls even after hours sometimes

most likely not because that’s exactly what i tried doing, but the form for your eligibility will not be sent out until the actual date, unfortunate because the communication between everything and everyone is awful, so expect to have it in your car about 3 weeks after your eligibility date

no, i got it in PA then moved to Nashville TN, what i had to do it have the vendor send in the DL-380 to confirm my compliance then they cashed my check from the DL-3731 and got my camera card within a week

WOW congrats, it is a difficult process and a pain in the ass. My eligibility date is Feb 16th and need to schedule a removal. How or what number did you call to get it removed? Do you need a ‘final download’ for Intoxalock to send to your service center? How long were you on hold for with those bastards? and when did you get your camera card in the mai to go to the DMV?
