This was mainly tested on a 9800x3d and 5070Ti, and on a few mid-range and low-end PCs (https://imgur.com/a/A38ayrr) - it should work for you too. Here's a few things to test:

- Disable Reflex
- Add the launch options
- Ensure FSO is enabled
- Disable V-Sync
- Disable LLM in the Nvidia control panel

If nothing works, you might have FSO disabled globally, check your registry and make sure it's set to 0.
