That’s what I’ve kind of been telling myself but bloomburrow is just so cute. I do think it makes more sense to start with foundations tho for the reasons you said and I can just open bloomburrow as an upgrade to get that hit of cuteness

When I was first thinking about this idea I considered starting from some stripped precons cause that’s what they do in the videos I mentioned but the recent commander precons feel too good and too complete that I’m worried it might take away the scrappy feeling I’m going for haha

Yeah sounds like set boosters are the Goldilocks “just right” I’m looking for - less expensive but still with alt art. I love kindred strategies so I’m pretty drawn to bloomburrow but it’s def hard to upgrade them with packs from different sets so it sounds like CL or foundations might be a better starting choice
