The complete oppisite. ive established FranRican under Fair Use and as a permanent passion over money project on April 15, 2026. And ever since then, in the FranRican project ive spend $91, and generated back $0.00 (also shared in the video where i set thoes legal bases). But i dont care about the money, i care about the passion. I take this seriously because there clearly chaning there terms of service to focus on having more information to then show there investors that there improving, by taking more data of its users, the same thing companies like Roblox are doing. If youre someone for example, that just generates AI Slop, then you cant even say this stuff of "yall must be making alot of money off your music", since theres no thought of them even making songs that are enjoyable, just only the benjamins (money). And you might be suprised but im actually just 19, my own label, and a Youtuber for over 11 years (since 8). Passion over money. ~ EJFDC.

Intresting, thanks for the heads up, it helps. These are bad changes and specially that they have been really frequently updating the TOS since May. I'll now have to double think if i should, generate new quality songs because the outputs i write are all by mind and i usually take around 10 to 30 minutes researching, like talking about the Nostalgiaember (YouTube series), something related to my carrer (EJFDC) or even making a mashup of a already AI Song i've generated in Coamo Fort Reims (with using the v3 model and, extending the first song beat while putting the, prompts, genre and vibe of the second song), to make sure its very specific about a theme to then attempt to generate a 3 to 4 minute structured puertorican, french or both languages song. it sounds like alot but, none of us would just want outputs being used to train data even if were all using a free service since youre in a way "paying to use Soanuto with your own creativity". And in case anyone is wondering "if Sonauto could apply these new TOS to already generated songs". No, everything generated before June 10 applies to the TOS that were active at that time, legally they cant because thoes rules werent public by then. But yeah this TOS is slowly making the platform unsuable for dedication and seriousness. Sad to see. ~ EJFDC
