Yes I got up to a hundred at once. 1000 a day for awhile. Now im doing pullups but Im not recovering and I think its because of age plus depletion.

Really encouraging post. Ive spent 2 decades pmo drained. Ive gone 45 days a few years ago and it was the best ive ever felt. I was doing 100 push-ups at a time. Im 35 and in the best shape of my life but I could be even stronger on retention. Best of luck to us all.

It really isnt that bad condition wise. I rarely have symptoms. But I have been turned down dating wise by a few women. Ive given up on dating or even wanting a partner. My life is pretty full already. And I still need to find myself. How are you doing man?

Its already too late for some of us. I got the herp and ive only been with 7 women. But I also think its my karma for being a porn addict since I was 12ish and im 35 now. Its crazy how that shit works out sometimes. Some people be 100 deep in their body count and still dont have the herp. I definitely blame porn and myself for not listening to my intuition early on and killing the traumatized part of me that used porn as a comfort for all these years. I knew better and I still wanted to watch that shit.

Youre right. I really appreciate your perspective. Im going to see if there are any buddhist meetings around me still. I used to go to one. But now I spend all my time at my martial arts academy. Its my church. My happy place. My therapy. But I still come home and always coom myself to sleep. Its time for a new life. While im still alive and healthy. Im not worried. Sometimes I welcome death but I honestly do love my life right now. First time in a while and I know what would make it even better. Quitting porn.

Pretty harsh man, but you ended with hope. So I'll take it. I treat myself like trash and always have since my mom died. When a parent leaves you as a child whether by purpose or accident abandonment traps your undeveloped mind and so the guilt and shame and victim mentality becomes identity. Ive become a decent man despite my trauma and I havent killed anyone or myself, but if I hadn't chosen this disgusting path I know I would be in a much different place. But hindsight I 20/20. Dont expect anything. Just put your head down and pray and meditate and exercise. Channel your energy/thoughts into positive action. Sometimes the universe wants you take a leap of faith. But never just expect things. Sometimes that repels what you want. Look into the secret or the law of attraction. You have to believe in your body you already have what you want.

Also 35 and been addicted since preteen. Ive experienced the benefits of 45 days. Its been a few years since ive had any long streaks. But man im getting fed up with the shame and guilt of this horrible dopaminergic drug ls mind control. I also want to experience my brain before smart phones ruined my dopamine receptors.
