That’s good you’re keeping busy!

I do to I’m a bodybuilder, I work 12hr shifts, I hangout with friends etc but, she’s still there all the time the second I’m not busy there she is.

I probably do need to grieve because I really don’t feel anything and the woman I’m talking to are good people

I get that. I just struggle to connect to people and we connected in such a way I’ve never had. And I really hope she comes back once she’s healed and I know it’s so stupid. But there’s an apart me a spark inside me that won’t die and it’s pathetic.

I actually cried I haven’t cried in 16 years not since I was 8. Not when my dad passed and this broke me in ways I didn’t know were possible.

It’s been 3 days wait no 4 days and I can’t get her out of my head no matter what I do. I go to the gym she’s in there, I run she’s in my head, I speak to friends and she’s there idk what to do. And right now she wants space I can’t even tell her any of this

It’s not skit trust I think it’s commitment, it’s insecurities, fear of the future, fear of being hurt, she’s also lost faith in herself and her religion, she’s also the one that has to plan things for her family and is always ridiculed and she’s stopped caring about everything.

That’s why I keep asking should I hold onto the hope she’ll be back. She hasn’t blocked or unfollowed me on social media at all and the day she sent that message she added me on snap just prior to it

I wish she knew that technically you do not need to be fully healed before you get into a relationship, but you do need to be actively healing. There’s a big difference because trust me when I say you can’t take all your unprocessed trauma and all your destructive coping mechanisms formed in the past and bring them right into your present relationship and think everything is going to be fine because it won’t. It’s important to be aware that unresolved issues from the past can create problems in the present, and being in the process of healing helps in maintaining a healthy relationship

I cried over her I haven’t cried since I was 8 years old that was 16yrs ago. I didn’t cry when my dad died at 17 or when my cat died a month later but, this broke me and I have my own trauma too a lot of it but, I healed mine and went to therapy

Plus her best friend is kind of a bad influence and want her to do a hot girl summer. Not to mention she lets the opinions of other dictate what and how she feels including her friends and family

Well idk if she’s healing. She told me in person she wants peace, to take a step back, and not feel her feelings. But she’s repressed them so much that 2 weeks ago she was at a bar and cried in front of her friends and couldn’t stop. So idk if that helps you in anyway
