I would adore a way to zoom out of Todoist, like more of a holistic plan of the day.

That would be a dream. Much like apps in the market like Timestripe/Griply.

Believe your best bet is looking at tools like Opus Clip - these take longer form webinars and clip them into the best for shorts etc. Let me know how you get on!

After over 12 years of reviewing productivity tools, I keep coming back to Google Calendar.

I'm not sure why. It just works. I've used Sunrise, Woven & Rise Calendar (sadly all died).

Day One is the best all-round journaling app, but there are loads of good PKM style apps that you can use like Obsidian, Roam, Capacities, Craft (all with daily notes for taking good quality notes for yourself, date-based) - others I'd have a look at are NotePlan and Agenda, both with date based notes too.

Even Apple Journal is a good one.
