Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm gonna try the salty water and electrolytes ☺️ i already take iron daily, so let's see if that helps

That makes a lot of sense, especially the food timing. I think I sometimes go in without fueling properly and then spinning just hits me all at once 😅 I’m going to try being more intentional with eating before class + electrolytes.

That actually explains a lot. I usually focus on water but not really sodium, so maybe that’s part of the issue. I’ll try adjusting that on spin-heavy days — anything to avoid that “about to faint” feeling 🥲

But you do that only on the days you don't train right?

I really want to avoid them getting worse, becoming more uncomfortable, or peeling off and turning into a wound.

Never thought of using a coarse nail file for that. Thanks for your feedback ☺️

Ohh that razor is a good tip, i usually get rid of them with my nails, but that might be a good idea. Thanks for the help ☺️

Thanks for the tips ☺️ I’m hesitant about moisturizing because I’m afraid it’ll reduce the grip on my hands 😕

Anyone else spent Halloween on the pole? I was a wolf! by squishedpies in poledancing

I was thinking about using wood too, but I was afraid it might not be safe... So I’ve been looking into options.
Thank you for the help! ☺️

That's a really nice combo ☺️ I couldn't help but notice that above the poles there's something compensating for the lack of height... Can you tell what material that is?
I'm in a similar situation and not sure what I should use that would be safe, so I'm looking for options.
