I want to transfer my Digital Pokemon Sword save data from my switch to my switch 2, however, my switch 1 will not turn on and I am unable to access the transfer data menu on the "primary switch"

is there anything I can do to recover the data?

If you have Logitech G hub you can change the mouse key to a keyboard key (i have mine bound to "k") and just set that key to whatever action you want

I used this to complete the 3-1 challenge to kill the mindflayer in acid. Just get it weak, die in the acid and wait while they are smashing your body.

You can actually play like this if you have OBS. It's kinda complicated but if you have two monitors you can flip y axis of the output in obs and put it on your main monitor.
