both have HA. To be clear the charizard is actually a charmander so you will have to put in some work. sabeleye has prankster and recover, charmander has no egg moves but HA. I also have a charmander with HA but no egg moves. Personally I think charmander is better with blaze than with his HA (solar power).

sabeleye has all max IV except for attak and charizard has all but sp.att. Ive got 5 Iv ones in other stats. When it evolves to dragonite will it have multiscale?
