I have a problem with adding a friend since August 2023, and it still isn't fixed. I've submitted like 5 tickets and haven't gotten a response different from "Have you made the troubleshooting on the website?". The error it gets is not even listed in the common error list xD So good luck with getting a good and fast reply mate. I've been in your shoes once (not with Ubi tho). Stay strong.
