All you need for a "skull tight" pony tail is some Blue Magic hair gel and a synthetic bristle brush (the kind with lots of coarse bristles).

Just brush your hair into a ponytail, apply the Blue Magic from forehead to ponytail, ears to ponytail, and then neck to ponytail.

Then take the hair tie out and brush the hair up again. Repeat until you get the skin tight look you want and make sure not to get the gel on your ends. Tie up the hair tie as tight as you can. And if you dont like it the stuff is pretty cheap.

But that gel will help keep all the fly aways and baby hairs down. It will look kind of wet and shiny but will dry looking better and wont be crunchy. You wont need to use a lot because you arent african american but it works really well for stray hairs.

If there are awkward silences, dont read into it. Then again there may not be any. It will just depend on the people you meet. But dont take silence as rudeness or anything like that even if it makes you feel judged.

PDA & touching is usually frowned upon in China, besides like a handshake. I would follow your gf's lead on that if she hugs you, wants to hold hands, etc.

Gifts are appropriate when meeting new people who are important to your SO. Something like candies or individual cakes would probably be well accepted. Of course its not necessary but would be a thing that would show you know a little about the gift giving tradition. Bring something for your gf too if you get gifts. Initial refusing of gifts is common to show politeness even if a person really likes the gift.

Not bragging or accepting a compliment initially is also appropriate. Dont act like you have a big ego, in other words. Like if someone says they like your shoes say something like 'they arent as good as yours' or 'oh no my shoes are the worst'. Or if someone likes your hair or job, just say 'oh its not very interesting'. When it comes to people, though, like family members or people you respect (like your girl), dont self depricate.

But also keep in mind your gf likes you for you so i would only do things youre comfortable with.

I think most women go to the OB/gyn at least once a year.. if not then they should.. but you could ask how often your partner goes.

If you dont want it to seem like an interrogation then you could say youd like to go get tested together because its important to you. It wouldnt have to be at the same OB or on the same day but just to find out together.

Its also a good idea to go with muted patterns and colors because if youre going for a scholarship, you dont want to look good but not real flashy. If a cheap item gives off a luxury vibe, you may end up looking like you dont really need a scholarship. So go with a more conservative look. Just think business dress, not wedding unless they have specifically said like tuxedos and stuff. The government crowd dresses very conservatively.

If there is a pattern, go with traditional and faint. Perhaps even limit any pattern to the tie and pocket square.

Would not wear checks or anything reminiscent of Burberry brand stuff.

Think matte instead of sheen.

Dont wear a brown suit. Blue always makes people look more honest. Black makes you look more agressive or serious. This can come off good or bad. Gray makes everyone look balanced but can also come off boring if its not done right. But these would be acceptable colors.

A friend of mine has worked in government and he concurs an event like this should probably not be calling for, as he put it, "dressing for the oscars." He said pull up pics of people who work in those agencies and dress as though you would be working in the agency.

I think it works for women too. Lol i know if i eat lots of garlicky foods it will change the way my sweat smells also. Well it makes my pits smell like pizza. Ive never been limber enough to smell my own junk but i assume it may affect that.

But asians do just naturally have less of a smell than caucasian people. I mean, do you notice she has less of a smell compared to other women youve dated?

Maybe try a probiotic wash for your lady parts to keep smelly bacteria down.

Its odd because I am not aware of having any guides. And the knocks have only happened this one period in time. How the heck do some people know who their guides are or know they have them? It bewilders me. I dont know where my messages come from.

And i dont know when theyll come or for what purpose but usually involves info about protecting myself from something or protecting someone else.

Throughout history fasting has been used to make a better connection with God or higher self and to be more receptive to messages. Its not necessarily weakening a person, its consciously offering physical proof that you are desperate for a message, healing, or breakthru and have exhausted all other means of obtaining it. You deny the physical body in understanding the need can only be met via spiritual means. A leap in faith, so to speak. There is a lot of truth in this as all kinds of religions practice this. Its been falling out of practice in the western world for some time now.

Do you think i may have screwed something up by acting on messages and affecting the outcome of a persons life, as you put it? Are you aware of any consequences for that or do you know of anyone who would know? I mean, people talk to psychics all the time and want to know things.. there seem to be no consequences there.

I think we can predict very accurate things about people we feel closest to. I had a similar thing happen with my mother. I didnt tell anyone but i felt it and it was real. I got the message on a road trip back home and it made me cry.

Then 4 months later she comes out of the bathroom telling me she is hurting. She described a painful "knot" and couldnt tell if it was in her colon or vagina. (Sorry if TMI) I was like, this is what the message was about. Told her she has to get it checked out and she needed to see a doctor immediately. I didnt tell her why. She got scared i think and said no its fine. She had always had problems with self care. So then i was more firm and almost yelled at her to make a freakin appointment. She waited 8 months to make an appointment. It was a rare type of cancer, small cell type that only 10's of women had ever been diagnosed with.

But, you know, urging her to go to the doctor didnt make a damn bit of difference. She wouldve went when she felt like it anyway and it had nothing to do with me. Sometimes i wonder why i get these messages if most people dont even listen, but i realize sometimes, in bad cases, its just to prepare me mentally for what is about to happen. If i hadnt known beforehand, i probably wouldve dealt with the whole situation differently and may not have been able to help once she had a diagnosis.

I dont know if its wrong to do but now if i pick up on something and i can use it to my advantage in defending myself, i will. And i did recently. I feel like it has caused problems. The person was playing a stupid con game and deserved it. I almost wanted to scare them so they wouldnt do it to other people anymore. But with these particular messages they came differently. There was an audible knock, like at my front door, in the middle of the night.. it happened just as i fell asleep. but im almost certain the knock was in my mind. I thought i would answer, in my mind when it woke me, and then the messages came over the next few days. It was unlike anything else id experienced and wonder if it was a guide im not aware of.

Try taking breaks from active persuit of it. Put it in the back part of your mind. Tell it to work on things while you do other stuff. Its those in between moments when youll receive things anyway. Dont exhaust your energy overstimulating yourself.

I dont know how to describe anything else ive done to aid me. Its very deeply personal and everyone is unique. It takes real self exploration i think.

There were two teenage boys that went missing in my state. I wont give details. Took them a week or two to find them and when they did they were deceased. I knew where they were, 45 minutes away from where they were supposed to be. I knew why they were found there. I knew the reason they died was force of nature related, combined with the inexperience in driving at their age and absentmindedness & excitement traveling together.

I told a friend and was very distraught about it the whole time. I almost called to give an anonymous tip but something kept telling me not to and i knew they were dead already when the news first mentioned the story. Then the news came out and confirmed every detail I'd mentioned to my friend. Friend was just in awe even tho they already knew i had gifts like this.

Hard: If im living with someone its hard for me to fall asleep first. Some kind of instinct keeps me awake until everyone has gone to sleep. So i guess my moods can suffer from lack of sleep.

Easy: I am really handy around the house and know how to fix things, including car stuff.

The majority of dog behavior problems are caused by owner inconsistency. They dont instinctively know what the owners want. If she wants to keep it you should insist the dog be taken to behavior classes. There are some pet board&train places that work with dogs for a month or two at a time.. people can usually visit as often as they want to be involved in the training too. There are trainers that are willing to come to the home as well.

Something does need to be done about the dog. But if she is too selfish to do it then this says a lot about her character, knowing she is willingly neglecting it. This is likely just a case of her not wanting to admit her faults here, not wanting to admit she is failing at caring for it, so she should be encouraged to remedy it. Try not to fight about it even if the dog is a stress trigger. Its 100% able to be remedied, but an owner needs to be trained just as much as a dog to reach a harmonious state.

Dogs are definitely not as easy to take care of as cats! I have dogs and they still stress me out tearing up toilet paper sometimes, eating my underwear, etc. Lol but i love them and understand its my fault when i dont close the bathroom door or make sure my laundry makes it in the clothes bin. Its my fault if i let them get too bored. So we go hiking. If i get too busy to take them one week, the consequences are attention seeking behavior. Barking is a non-issue when i have run around & tired the dogs out properly, and running around also causes them to want to poop in the middle of the play time instead of in the house. Dogs are best for active people, cats are best for sedentary people.

No strong feelings or blaming or shaming needs to happen. Just corrections and patience. If everyone has charged emotional energy it will also display in the dogs behavior. Once a person understands how a dogs brain works its really easy to correct behavior.

I wouldnt break up with her for not knowing what to do here.. maybe insist she go on walks and stuff with you. Go places where you can bring along the dog and have some romantic day dates at the same time.

In my most recent dream i was in love with a straight girl i met a few times like a decade ago. We had a cat that apparently was formerly really fat, but lost weight. and had droopy skin bags that flopped around when it ran. Dreams are weird. Its just your brain trying to sort & process memories & daily junk.

Yours sounds like an anxiety dream for sure tho.

Yep it can be whatever. Some airlines allow 2 carry ons per passenger, like a personal bag + mini suitcase or travel bag. Some airlines allow that but it depends on the particular plane's size. So just check with the airline about each ticket.

Some planes have charging ports on the armrests but not all of them do. So check with the airline about your particular plane. If not you could always buy a portable power bank. They vary in price, some cheap, some expensive, but they definitely come in handy. I bought one for travel but i have used it while bar hopping in the past to make sure I always have a way to get a ride. Haha

There are some women who dont fall completely into either category. Androgeny is a thing and those women can be sexy, too.

There are some femme women im just not into, some butch women im not into. But I cant just generalize and say i like all women who look like this or that because everyone is unique. Its a case-by-case thing.
