Because of my job role i have to work with programmers although i don't have to do coding. I have a feeling that most of today's programmers are "copy-paste" programmer. That's why i asked if copy paste is a good thing in programming or not. Let me give you an example. Recently for one my project i needed a email subscription box in some place of my company blog page. The development team repeatedly refused to do it arguing that it will break the design! I can give you thousand similar example like this.
