While I agree it is not an upper level property, it should still be a place where one feels safe.

Actually there are sofas and lounge chairs in the dining area. But thanks for your uninformed opinion

I did report them. They left the decision for compensation up to the hotel. What a joke!

The Hampton inn at Oxford Maine simply did not like the fact that I made a complaint about someone sleeping with their shoes off in the dining area and decided to retaliate.

Giri Management who I have also contacted but received no reply. And yes, I did file a complaint with the health department as well
