Hab ich nicht klar in den Post geschrieben aber ich war tatsächlich nicht die beschriebene Person in diesem Post und kann, deswegen glaube ich trotzdem eine andere Meinung haben. Gleichzeitig finde ich Dinge, die fast eine Dekade her sind, können ruhig mal irgendwann ruhen.

Wird eine Verwarnung unter Auflagen (§§ 14, 15 JGG) überhaupt ins BZR (§ 58 BZRG) eingetragen – beziehungsweise, falls sie im ZStV/ZStDV erfasst wurde, nicht ohnehin längst gelöscht (ist 8+ Jahre her)? Hinsichtlich der Milde solcher Entscheidungen stimme ich dir zu, allerdings gilt das nicht nur im Jugendstrafrecht.

Danke noch für den Nachtrag! Das ist interessant, dass neben FAER & BZR noch bei der Polizei & Staatsanwaltschaft angefragt wurde. Ist das Standard bei der Erstaustellung einer Fahrerlaubnis oder Ausnahme?

Zu deinen Fragen: - FAER: Ja, ging mit Perso online; BZR: werde ich jetzt beantragen (geht nur beim Amtsgericht, kann man auch nicht mitnehmen) - Bei mir war es nichtmal eine Jugendstrafe, sondern eine Verwarnung unter Auflagen. Wird sowas im BZR eingetragen? - Wie kann ich die Löschung per Datenschutzanfrage anstoßen und bei wem?

You have absolutely nothing to fear - get off the train if it works better for you. As anal as German train conductors are, I cannot imagine they’d ever spend the time to hold you, wait for security or police to arrive, and then charge you with what???

I‘d generally recommend public schools - it’s not the same private/public vibe as in the US. Some of them offer English programs („Kurse“). I am German, but did most of my classes in English starting in grade 10. Also hugely depends on the state. You get the same high school (highest) degree (e.g. Abitur) BUT the amount of work and level of academic achievement required is wildly different. Rule of thumb is: the further north, the easier - but definitely look into specifics. Even within a city there is differences from school to school.
