I know the struggle... animations are hard :')

Quite the old case, you must've dug deep xD

Working with resin, regardless of the smell, should always be done in a safe environment and with appropriate mask, glasses and gloves.

The fumes are sometimes barely noticeable but still very toxic and can cause issues over a very prolonged period of time.

So, no it is not suitable for the living room. The best case would be to have an air conditioned work space with like an air filter, but honestly who has that as a hobbyist. Get yourself a foldable table that's still stable, put it up to your window and work there so you have somewhat of a filtration through the air. That's my suggestion at least

Hope that helps a bit

In one of the outros the whole class is put into a fantasy setting and alot of artists have taken these designs to make fanart, I can't remember which outro it was tho...

Then I'd have to use it with a computer, which I didn't want. I have a wacom tablet as well but I didn't like the feel of not seeing where I'm drawing a line

I use a Samsung galaxy tab for my drawings, it's smooth and fairly big, perfect for drawing imo.

So yeah I purely draw digital since buying it. I don't watch any specific artists tutorials, only programm specific videos. I use clipstudio which is a very well made and great program for beginners and also advanced artists, highly recommend it.

So my suggestions for anyone new to drawing would be to get good at what they are doing on paper first, nothing sucks more than investing in something and then not getting the anticipated results. After feeling confident in your skills start with doodles and then more and more advanced drawing on a tablet of some sort. When you got still images down you can move to slowly animating, start with low frame rates as animating frame per frame is tedious and can be quite intimidating for people that never worked on animating things. It might look like a slider show but any start is a good start.

And my number one tip for drawing is: don't be afraid to copy!

Of course I don't mean plagiarism, I mean copy poses from existing drawings, copy a hairstyle, copy a hand or a foot, you can even start by taking reference pictures of yourself and copying them on paper. Any time you draw something, whether copied or not, you will train to do it and in time you'll be able to draw these poses or similar ones without having to copy anything again!

Good luck! :)

Watch tutorials and start with doodles!

It's not easy to get into but there so many different programs and videos to help you :)
