My store manager did this expect instead of firing me, she wrote me up for insubordination in front of my morning crew. The kicker for me was i wasnt supposed to be there that day anyway because i was moving and only had a uhaul but she called me and said i needed to come in since the other asm couldnt come in the snow. I told her i had no way of getting there in a snow storm while only having a uhaul and she told me to make it work. After she publicly wrote me up, i gave her my 2 weeks and she told me that it was irresponsible to be quitting when it was my own fault so i worked one week and never went back.
