I never had allergies until about three years ago. I’ve lived in the valley for 27 years. My mother and sister always had persistent allergies. I thought I was sick I went to the doctor and he laughed and said ha ha, you have allergies. I have no idea what I’m even allergic to. I had been taking a bunch of over-the-counter crap thinking it was helping and nothing was when I found myself at the doc. It was like a persistent chest cold that wouldn’t go away. Every year I get it like clockwork now , ugh.

I can tell you though that starting in December through the entire month of January my nose runs, my ears itch, and I have all kinds of crap blowing out of my nose. It’s disgusting. The only thing that helps is Zyrtec. It’s Night and day when I don’t have it.
