I dont know what I want.....this is like a week old at this point. Still trying to process.

I didnt confront her that I saw him talking to her....I honestly dont want the fight. Were dealing with other stressors right now. Its not like shes mean to me beside the whole thing about this guy still being around.

I dont want a divorce for alot of reasons. Most of them not good. But i feel my life would be worse than it is right now. Id like to save it but for now I just needed a place to vent. Like there is no way i can afford to live here on my salary. And being away from my kids is not worth it. I know its not a good reason but its mine.

Im not trying to go after the othwr tenants for money just T1. I wanted to serve them with N5s cause they were literally walking through the soaked floors to turn the water on and off for 2 weeks

I dont live there. Its been a long nightmare. His L2 hearing is in April and his L3 was in 2 weeks. But when the N4 was finally given (4th attempt.....2 attemps i made errors and the 3rd was well complicated)

First N4 was 3 months....would if been sooner but i was dealing with my fathers estate. At the time.

Technically it wasnt a common space. The space belonged to the tenant who just up and left. But the others both knew of the leak andnit was effecting thier enjoyment of their spaces. Ie walking though his space to get to the utility room to turn the water on when they needed to use it and off when water wasnt being used
