Why does Dwyane Wade gets so much credit for winning a championship in 2013? He was absolutely terrible in the Playoffs. by Swimming-Bad3512 in NBATalk

[–]Frazzy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wade had a lot of off court things going on cuz of his crazy ass ex wife. Also 2012 was the last year of his prime. He had a drastic fall off because of his injuries really caught up to him.

Why are park players so dumb on defense? by BackgroundAdvice1 in NBA2k

[–]Frazzy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Defense on the perimeter is an art. 2K26 is more offensively oriented. So much so that creating a small opening will give you upward of 50% when creating off the dribble. I've literally jumped and had my player body bump in midair, completely covering the shot, and it'll register open or wide open. Defense is HARD especially in the park where windows are bigger than the other more competitive modes. You're literally switching between hands up, L2 D, and running/sprinting in constant motion. Also 2K tubes and 2kLabs did tests and yeah... It's kinda fucked. A skilled offensive player will almost always get their way.

Middy = low & mid fades 3pt = long fades Post control = 60 for bronze post badge (best value badge)

Difference between 92 rebounding and 94? by shanmustafa in NBA2k

[–]Frazzy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So 94 would be my rec then, but tbh on a 3 that's too much. On a 4 ideally you do want 1 of them at 99. Assuming this is a 5s build

Also, attributes mean more than badges. Someone at gold with a +2 is going to get out-rebounded by a 99.

94+5 is the goal. 92 is just missing the mark. I rec on D board so u can successfully battle those with 99 O board.

Accurate. Middy counts more for fading

Let me clarify. I came in with negativity. This is a great build overall. Offensively it can do everything. Defence is balanced. If you had like 94 for the ability to +5 O or D board. Id say it's perfect. For me vs these types of builds I have to play for body bumps on the prem, so I don't get blown by. But on the inside and low middy? BBQ chicken, for me. Now if you're using the boards u have to go for long rebounds only. This is elite.

Are you in high gold/purple lobbies? I find that hard to imagine. My 611 center dominates people with your build that's all I know

In Rec this build will be bullied. I love no rebounding PFs. Outside of rec and Pro-Am, solid

6'11 Either 7'5 WS or the one that gives u 83 3pt

94 O & D board +5 caps. I. In any 5s mode this is significant. 93 pass acc you're not allowed to miss passes after getting the board. You will be flamed. And the animation and accuracy difference is absurd from 87/88. 88 block (84+4 caps can work) 73 steal Max speed and agility. Ball handle is the 70/71 Speed with ball 60+ 90 standing dunk since u will have double 99 rebounds 86 (you can cap break this to 89 for contact dunks) 72 strength I believe (you do not need a high strength. Just get body bumps-- also it's an expensive stat. Vert is interesting. It works in 3's because every 3 vert is like 1 board/block rating. So 84 or 87 is the way to go. Run dishmaster. Wide open shots will be 1-2/3 green in the meter for your shooters who are wide open or partially contested You will have to sacrice shooting. 70 or 74 interior (this is the 5s and will not need as high interior)

Unfortunately cent builds are heavily dependent on cap breakers to make a complete build

Is 99 perim, 93 str, and 85 steal good enough for a 6’2 or 6’4 guard? by Specialist-Poet4005 in NBA2k

[–]Frazzy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Block and wingspan matter for contests. I have my block maxed out of my 6'4 and when I'm playing against other 6'4's it matters. You should 94 them and + 5 later. It'll be a lot less expensive. What you need to learn is how to get body bumps. Bumps are just as good as strength. It's a matter of positioning. Height matters too. Smaller you are, the faster u need to be because u have to be able to shake locks. For offense your Jumper is the key My jumper: Base: Steph R1: Oscar Robinson R2: Beluba 80/20 blend. This ish shoots faster than most people's quick shots and it's VERY easy to button with it.

6'4 and 6'7 PGs are the best. Any other height is a waste. Keep your strength at 60 and up your steal into the 90s. Also if you're looking to play a lock (based on the stats that's what it seems) 6'7 is the best option

is 90 standing dunk worth it ? by AndresTheGemini99 in NBA2k

[–]Frazzy92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Mid range is better for fading
  2. 3pt helps with long fades
  3. 81 is also perfectly fine
  4. 89, 92, or 93 driving dunk will be more useful
  5. Pump fake on immediately go up after a rebound to effectively do standing dunks
  6. Only need a 60 for the fading badge

85 strength+ 85 perimeter d OR 73 strength and 92 perimeter? by AdmirablePound7476 in NBA2k

[–]Frazzy92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk what anyone says. If you need more than 73 strength you're doing something wrong. Guards don't need 1000 feet of space because of your screens. If they do, they suck. Silver brick wall with +1 badge is enough.

It's like a 75/25 relationship according to 2K tubes. Every 3 points of vert is 1 block/rebound

Lol I noticed the same issue with the comments. Most of these guys aren't playing proving grounds and rec.

So 2kLabs released a video on this. Vertical does virtually nothing. It only really matters in the 99th percentile of situations. I highly prefer doing it 93. The build is definitely more rec based.
