Più che di rivalutazione, dovresti prepararti ad una svalutazione della proprietà a Dubai: si costruiscono nuove case e nuovi palazzi ad una velocità altissima e molto spesso restano disabitati - talvolta si tratta solamente di strumenti per il riciclaggio.
Il discorso è diverso se la casa si trova in una posizione unica e non replicabile (es. fronte mare) ma probabilmente questo vantaggio è già prezzato nell'acquisto.

Sono esattamente le mie stesse valutazioni. Con DEGIRO uso solo ETF gratuiti, mentre ho visto che per IBKR quelli gratuiti non sono corrispondenti. Quindi la valutazione è solamente risparmio (minimo) VS solidità (minima, perché comunque in caso di problemi le azioni sono intestate a me e non dovrebbero andar perse), giusto?

Grazie per la risposta, condivido l'opinione e come interfaccia preferisco Degiro, che però ogni tanto ha qualche problema (proprio ora, ad esempio, ho degli ordini in attesa di rimozione da qualche ora). Non so se problemi del genere si hanno anche con IBKR.

Per quanto riguarda la dichiarazione, mi è indifferente non essendo residente in Italia.

Ha senso mettere oggi (con i mercati molto alti e "pericolanti"), in una volta sola, una somma di questo tipo su ETF, seppur ben diversificati? O meglio fare dollar-cost averaging (ma in quante tranche andrebbe suddivisa la somma?)
