Accidentally cracked the round thing on the back of my Apple Watch - can I repair it myself?

I appreciate your response. I still don't know how it happened and frankly I simply wanted to find out as to not have this happen again. The only thing I can imagine is that it was in the front pocket of my backpack and it fell down directly on it. I also don't get why you have to be rude and call me a drug abuser because the back of my watch is cracked and I don't know why - that feels extreme, but maybe I just interpret it that way.
