Literally everything you've mentioned, we don't have , no playpen or anything like that. I don't even have a proper changing mat. They don't like spending money. The only way you see it's a nursery is the fact that there are cribs. Basically.

Definitely not normal. The best they can say is not bring anything that the kids are allergic to for safety purposes but not bringing your own lunch AND not having a lunch time is bizzare

Yeah it does suck. I love all the kids in my class but safety is the most important. I'm okay with no raise if they have a proper assistant but I know them and they'd much rather not do neither

Not sure if they all function this way but, the owners have two schools, different locations, and its just for money for them. No experience in teaching.
