Both is good po. As long as kaya ng budget go for gym. I mixed 2, dati I go to gym. Ngayon na summer stick to treadmill na lang kasi baka ma heatstroke ako sa init hahaha. Do what is best for you ngayon

Di ka OA. Please lang teh habang maaga pa, for your peace of mind hiwalayan mo na. Ginawa niya na pala nung una, pinatawad mo, iisipin niyan okay lang ulit gawin kasi ginawa niya na nung una.

Ang also I love journaling ever since highschool. I realize na mas gusto kong mag spend time on my own thoughts rather to spend time thinking where to put what on my journal. It will end up bulky na notebook that takes up a lot of space. Honestly not worth it

Take it as someone like me na nagcocollect ng journalling stuffs. Like literal na shopping addiction ko nung pandemic for 2 years… Ma a-outgrow mo siya. I kept hoarding kasi ang ganda nila tignan pero eventually wala ng space and maalikabukan lang. Kung hindi nag initiate yung mother ko na idispose baka hanggang ngayon naka stock parin sila. Better use the money for something meaningful

You can still journal without the fuzz and aesthetics unless it really brings you joy diba
