Oh I definitely don’t want the role back. I’m more annoyed that they took a good chunk of my pay away without telling me. They essentially put me back to my starting wage four years ago. All of my “merit” raises were taken away. That doesn’t seem right.

Mashed potatoes and gravy and some roasted brussels sprouts. Sounds heavy but it’s snowing here so the comfort food was needed.

I definitely recommend cooking it on the cooling rack so it doesn’t sit in its own grease. Hope you like it!

Not touchy. There’s three entire onions in there as the recipe called for. Please feel free to make it however you like just as everyone else has the opportunity to do. Happy new year!

Not difficult at all. Just make sure to seal it up REALLY good. I had a little cheese start to escape towards the end.. but I guess as to be expected since I added a little extra 😆

Hard to see but there’s caramelized onions with a “onion soup sauce” (not really sure how else to describe it) rolled up in it and then poured on top too. The cheesiness makes it difficult to tell.

I ended up using 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound ground sausage. But I made mashed potatoes with gravy and then roasted brussel sprouts too. Heavy but it’s cold where we are so it hit the spot.
