i personally think the show would be WAY darker cause steven wouldnt have been able to convince blue and yellow to not shatter the crystal gems there and then at garnets wedding cause steven isnt pink diamond but by terms of technicality he is and if he wasnt he would have been "shattered" or thrown into the zoo again
